Pc won't boot

I have an i5 4690k, an asus gtx 760, an msi b85m g43 mobo, an evga 600w 80+ bronze psu, and 2 4gb sticks of a data xpg ram. When j set everything up and turn on lights go on and fans turn but nothing shows up on monitor. Not even bios. Please help me I spent a lot of money on this and it isn't working at all.

Do any red lights stay on solid on the mobo?

Nothing flashes on your mobo at all even before boot up?

However something makes a beep and the power button blinks

Just the one beep? try resetting your RAM or use another lane.

Actually it looks more a video problem, try removing and replacing the GPU and it's connectors.
