PC Won't boot

So I was on my computer just browsing the web when it crashed and a black screen appeared, after about 5 minutes I turned it off and restarted it. After the windows is loading page a blue and black vertical stripey screen appeared and stuck on that screen. The same screen keeps appearing everytime I turn it on now, I thought it might be the GPU that is fucked but I'm not really sure. I also tried in safe mode and it just crashes and says please wait which i did and after 10 minutes or so it just restarted.

Does anyone know what's wrong with it or how I could fix it?

EDIT: Ok so now when i boot up im getting a blue screen.
