PC wont boot

I was playing a game when the pc froze and shut off. Wouldn't post until I had removed DRAM and put it back in. Had to resinstall windows because of corruption and continue to boot in windows. I now have short horizontal lines on my screen whenever I use a GPU port and when I install the GPU drivers it will not post anymore. It will post when I take out the GPU and use a motherboard video port.
I have a GTX 780.

You have either GPU or PSU issues, but more likely GPU from the sounds of it. Time to replace that thing (and learn why bleeding edge is never the best idea.)
