My pc will not boot up. It powers on fans spin but only get a black screen. Only twice has the motherboard logo come up and the pc started windows loaded fine. When it does turn on everything seems fine. CPU stress test, gpu stress test gaming everything awesome. The pc can restart if it powered on but if you shut down.... Well that's the end. Back to black screen of agony.
I've unseated everything and reattached everything. Here's my build any ideas.

I52500k 3 years never really ran it oced. Tested once 3 yr
Evo, 212 cooler
Thermaltake smart series 750 Watt ps4 new
2x8 gb ddr3 2133 mhz ram new
Wd 1tb hard drive
Gtx 560ti 3 yr, also was using my newer gtx 1080 gaming x.
No idea reboot, black screen. If it does luckily boot. It will run fine until shutdown....
