Pc won't boot

I have this pc for a long time now, I replaced everything except for the hdd very recently. First it won't boot at all but the fans spin and my peripherals light up. After I restart it like a 40-50 times I finally see something on the monitor and it turns off immidiately. Again restarting comes a welcome screen and turns off, then the whole desktop and turns off. Also by turns off I mean the gpu and cpu fans keep spinning but nothing on the screen and no peripherals lit. Please help 🙁

Yes it's installed in a different drive

Sorry, but you have to provide way more details, like all the hardware and what "different drive "means.
