Pc won't boot

My pc only turns on for a second or 2 before it turns off after you press the power button. It is not the psu or motherboard as I have already tried to replace these in a attempt to fix my issue. By this point it could only be my processor or hard drive. If you have ANY idea what the issue is please leave a comment.

This happens quite frequently and it's often fixed by removing the RAM sticks and trying to power up with only one at a time. When you find the dud, replace it or upgrade all of them.

Tried it but still won't boot. I even tries some old ram I had

When you swapped the CPU over to the replacement motherboard, did you examine the pins? The slightest bend could be the cause.
