Dell Inspiron 530 wont boot,Keyboard flashes green lights in front

Hey Phil_35

Does it make any beeping sounds when first turned on? (if so, count how many seconds in between each beep and how many beeps. This way you may be able to track what the issue is via dells bios beep codes)
Do you hear your fans switch on?
Is the PC physically hot?

Hi LE, I fixed it it was bad sticks of ram i took them out one by one, till it booted up properly, and rebooted.............. problem solved............ tysvvm anyway for your help......... Much appreciated.

No worries Phil. If there were any beeps it was probably your BIOS telling you there is an issue with your RAM.
