PC wont boot

I changed my pc cases and my graphics card and now my pc wont boot.
I am sure everything is plugged in good.
Also since i need an adapter for my new graphics card i had to put back my old one and when pc is turned on gpu fans start and then stop and start and stop and so on

does you MOBO have a status indicator? (something like this: https://goo.gl/images/86SsLf)
if so tell us what number it reaches when trying to boot.

try to reseat your CPU and RAM.

and try running it without a GPU installed

try and troubleshoot with these solutions

Ok so it turned out my friend switched ssd and hdd cable (idk how)
Everything works now
