Pc Wont Boot

Okay so one day i powered up my pc only to my demise seeing that the monitor keeps blinking with black screen on it. Weird thing is that pc is running normally... fans spinning, led showing everything is perfectly normal even keyboard and mouse are working as intended. But the thing is that when i got to sleep i turn off my pc and in the morning same problem happens. I tried replacing gpu i tried replacing ram ... i checked thermal paste but everything seems to work fine. I dont think its psu because i bought it like a month ago.

Did you try replacing the cord that connects from your GPU to your monitor?
