Question PC wont boot

So i was watching YouTube yesterday and everything was fine until my PC randomly turns off. Today I cleaned the PC up in case it was some heat problems. When i try to turn on the PC it just makes the processor fan spin like 1cm and no signs of booting on. Any help?

try removing the cpu, ram, and gpu, then replace it back
if it still wont boot try using single stick of ram and then try in each slot

A dying or dead psu seems more likely. Did you smell anything burnt or hear any poping noises when the PC shut down?
Please list full system specs including psu make, model, and psu wattage.

Didn't smell or hear anything wrong.

Tried this and it didn't help anything

First thought, Golden Tiger Technologies, not a psu brand you should be dealing with.

How accessible are Seasonic Focus 450w or Corsair CX 450w where you're from? Can you take your pc to repair shop for them to test another psu and if it is the problem, get one of those two brands from them?

Ok so I went to the repair shop and they said the PSU was dead so they fixed it. Thanks for the help everybody!
