so yesterday i just using my pc as usual for gaming,not installing any new software etc.
the next day when i try to boot up my pc, this happens

i already try plug/unpluging my RAM,my GPU and my HDD, yet the problem is still there.
I'm afraid it's because my PSU is too old already (5 years+) but i always use stabilizer
my friend said i should try to reset the CMOS,i already did that too

Intel i5 4xxx
RAM 16gb DDR 3(4x4)
Nvidia GTX 1060
PSU Super flower golden green hx 550w
