So, my newly built PC ran into a weird issue. At first, when i plugged everything in, it went fine and it booted into the BIOs. Then i tried to find an issue i was having which was why the exhaust and top fan wasn't spinning. So i was confused. Everything is plugged in, double checked every wire. So i plug in the Power cable and the fans and cpu fan turns on, plus the RGB ram lights turned on. However, the power button light is on but it won't boot up into BIOs. Also, on the motherboard it shows a red Light indicating CPU. I even tried pressing on the Power button but it won't turn on. Is there a reason why this is happening. Need Help ASAP. Oh btw, I didn't get a Reset Switch? Is that bad?

Do a CMOS reset. Either by touching both the CMOS pins on the motherboard with a key (hold is with something non conductive) or remove and put back again the battery on the motherboard. It will probably fix the problem.
