Question Pc wont boot

Hello I’m kinda new to having a pc and i was changing some things around with the ucfi and now When I try get into that menu to safe boot or anything it just black screens and when it just try’s to load up normally it just shows random words

I was trying to get my uefi firewall settings up but they won’t come up so I changed a couple things to uefi from legacy

If it was that easy I wouldn’t be on here when trying to get into the start up menu by pushing my delete key it saying opening menu or what ever it says then just black screens
