Question Pc wont boot

I turned on secure boot after disabling csm to get windows 11 but now it wont post and im getting 5 beeps.
I9 9900kf
32 gigs of ram
Evga 3060
650 watt psu
Gigabyte gaming x z390 mobo

You've mentioned the spec to your build generically. We ask that users be as detailed as possible, with the make and model of components being listed as a bare minimum. Disconnect the system from the wall and the display and then remove the CMOS battery for at least 30 minutes.

Ok i tried that and im still get 5 beeps and nothing is showing up on my monitor

i also forgot to mention that the vga light is on but i tested my graphics card in another computer and it does work

Could be your PCI-E slot. Do you have another slot you can try it in on your MoBo?

Yeah i tried both pci slots and still nothing

Do u know if a motherboard would go bad before the processor would it be worth buying a new motherboard to test the processor my self?
