PC won't completely turn off

So i have my build set up for like 2 weeks now and since yesterday every time i turn it off the PC the screen goes black but the PSU will keep running (fans will keep running) and it won't stop until i manually switch off the psu. Please i need help

it a bios glitch unplug power from the wall let the mb drin the use the clear cmos jumper or button to clear the cmos then make sure the mb has the newest bios file on it.
