My mouse, keyboard, and headset will not connect to my pc same with my monitor. The power button only works half the time. I tried to reset the bios and that did nothing. I did eventually get my monitor to connect and my mouse to connect but not the keyboard. After about half an hour the monitor and keyboard disconnected. I'm stuck on what to do from this point going forward I also spilled water near my pc an hour before this started. I don’t thing anything got in but I’m not for sure. I have had this pc for about a year and there are the specs:
