Question PC wont display anything but fan and case light works

So basically today i was playing cs:go and my screen completely blacked out, my PC was still on and so was my monitor. I tried changing cables, unplugging everything on the outside, Rebooting etc. My PC was made january 1st and has never had any problem. My specs are
Gpu: nvidia rtx 2080
Cpu: Amd ryzen 5 2600x(not overclocked)
Psu: corsair tx 550
Ssd: 550gb Intel
Ram; 8x2 ballistiX 3666mhz
Motherboard: Asus rog strix b450-f gaming socket
