[SOLVED] Pc won't display on monitor and froze prior.

Specs :
Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard
AMD athlon 200GE with Radeon Vega 3 integrated graphics.
Corsair CX450M PSU.
Corsair vengeance LPX 2400MHz DDR4 2x4GB.
Samsung 256gb ssd

It's my father's PC I built for him around 6 months ago. All he really told me was it has been freezing and now it wont detect display. Its windows 10 with an AMD athlon processor with integrated graphics.

I tried different hdmi cable and tried different monitor.

I took out ram. I unplugged CPU. Not sure what else to try or what part might be broke.

PC boots like normal, all lights and fans on.

Really appreciate any ideas.

Is it booting and then freezing with no display, or will there be no display when your PC boots? If there is a boot display, can you boot into safe mode? If yes, first I would try a clean install of the video drivers. https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/

If that doesn't work, the usual suspects are 1) be excessive heat; need to clean out the dust especially the CPU heatsink and PSU intake. and 2) PSU is failing.. 3) bad RAM stick, try booting with one RAM stick.
