Question PC won't display on monitor

A few parts in my old pc recently took a crap so I decided to build a new pc using some parts from my spare pc as well.

CX750M Corsair PSU
NZXT H510I case
MSI Z390-A Pro Mobo
Intel i5 6600k CPU
Thermaltake UX200
DDR4 2400mhz 16gb (x4)

Listed above are the general specs. Before that I tried newer parts and was getting the same results (no display). I've tried different parts from PSU, RAM, and 2 different motherboards (1 used and 1 new) that I know work and keep getting no display. I'm completely puzzled at this point and frustrated to no end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The most obvious error is the CPU IS NOT supported in that motherboard.
