[SOLVED] PC Won't display output, gpu / cpu fans still spinning.

Hello! I need some help with my pc.
My graphics card won't display an output, and the cpu / graphics card fans just spin. Here's what I tried:

When it happened: Yesterday, was watching a moive, and my display just stopped. I went to restart it but my when I went to press the power button, nothing happened, the pc didn't stop, fans just kept on going.
Re-seating the graphics card/ cpu and unplugged / plugged in all the cords,
removing the BIOS battery, and reseating the RAM,
tried unplugging everything and let it sit for around 20 mins, nothing happened.

My specs are:
the mobo: AB350 PRO4
the ram: Micron's ballistix ram 4 gig, clocked at 2400mhz x2 (not overclocked)
my psu: Thermaltake LITEPOWER 550W (Bought it a week ago)
my graphics card: gigabyte geforce gtx 1050ti (Not overclocked)
my cpu: Ryzen 3 1200 (stock cooler and not overclocked)

Hi, from what you've described, I think it's a psu problem, what you should do is try another psu?

Yea I can try that, woudn't think that would be the issue though as I only bought it last week.

try boot without gpu use integral gpu, boot with one RAM and in different slots. the rest you've done it already
