My PC is connected to my PC monitor (DisplayPort) and TV (HDMI). When I turn on my PC I get the MOBO splash screen on my PC monitor then it'll display a blank screen until I open my TV (second monitor). My PC monitor is set as my main display on the display settings. I've tried different combinations of DisplayPort cables and HDMI cables with the same result. Both displays are connected directly to my GPU.

BIOS version for your motherboard? As for your PSU, how old is the unit in question? Have you tried uninstalling your GPU drivers using DDU and then manually reinstalling the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Okay so I think I found out the problem. Apparently I had my DP wire connected to the "DisplayPort 3" slot of the GPU. So the PC was probably still treating the HDMI monitor as the primary display or something. Put my monitor on DP slot 1 and it seems fine now. Thanks for the reply!
