PC wont Display!!!!!!!

Hey guys lots of help needed, just built a new PC, it has a Intel skylake 6700k i7, 16gb of vengeance ddr4 RAM, a Gigabyte Z170-Gaming K3 motherboard. It has a AMD radeon 6870 GPU, two kingston 240gb SSD'S, and a 1tb caviar black WD hard drive. It also has generic DVD disc drive.

My problem is, the system powers on, with no beeps and no display, My brother and I have tried removing the graphics card and plugging the HDMI cable directly into the motherboard, the motherboard lights up, but again there is absolutely no display onto the monitor. Also It keeps turning off and on again on its own accord, but after 1/2 restarts it goes stable and stops restarting.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you check there are no bent pins in the CPU socket? Are all the power supplies attached correctly? Maybe try clearing CMOS? Will it work with just one RAM stick? Try each slot on its own.
