PC won't display.

Okay so my computer that I build about a year ago, if not less refuses to display on my TV. It has worked fine up until a month ago, I was on amazon and I clicked a drop down menu and my computer froze. It surprised me because I wasn't running anything in the background and I wasn't on a malicious website at all. But I hard reset it seeing as that was my only option. And now whenever I turn it on the computer fires right up no beeps or sounds from the mobo at all and the card fires up as well fan spinning and everything but it won't display anything whatsoever.

I've tested the TV, and the HDMI cord. They both work. I don't have a monitor, strictly just display on my TV.

My card is a Radeon RX480 8GB.

Is this something that's easily flying over my head. I don't know much past building the PC itself.

Any insight is appreciated.

I've already cleared the CMOS btw.
