Okay so...

I left my PC off for a few months. I turned it on the other day, it booted fine, I logged in to my desktop and It turned off suddenly.

It turned back on for a second, then off, then on again and repeated until I turned off the power.

When I turn it on now it does not display anything on the monitor.
All of the fans spin, the usb ports have power but nothing.

I have moved the RAM around and made sure they are securely in place. It beeps when all RAM is removed. I took the mthrbrd battery out for a minute, held the power button, and put it back.

When the PC is OFF there is a green led which changes to solid red when turned ON.

I don't know what to do, so any advice would be appreciated.

(I have no idea what I'm doing by the way)

Solution
Unplug your PC from wall, keep switch on, on PSU, remove battery, and keep and hold power button or keep it stuck or short it out, for around 5 min to let PSU drain electricity which is "stuck".
What are the components? Because if your PC has intergrated GPU soo we can rule out possibility of GPU.

Solution
I've took the battery out now and I'll try it again in 5 mins.

The jumper is on 6 prongs which I moved to the left to try to clear the cmos but the PC won't turn on at all if I leave it in that position.

Not sure on specs, it's only an i5 650 with a gt730 graphics card but I doubt that helps lol
