Question Pc wont display

I recently built a pc all used parts from ebay. Everything boots and all the fans spin and the lights come on but there is no display signal. My monitor works on my xbox just fine. My specs are
Mobo: gigabyte ga b75m d3h
Cpu: i7 3770
Gpu: rx 560 2gb
Ram: 4x4gb vengeance lp
Psu: evga 500w 80 plus
I'm not sure what to do I have a windows 10 bootable usb stick but I cant get to the bios due to no display. If you know what I can do please help. Thank you

That checklist shows steps for "no video output" troubleshooting.

Try reseating the GPU. Does this 560 need a 6 pin power cable? if so, make sure its plugged in fully.

Also, try reseating ram.

You could try clearing CMOS and updating bios to the latest revision.

Are all of the sticks matched?

I just figured out that my pc displays on board graphics when there is no gpu in. But when my rx 560 is in there is no signal detected with onboard and through the gpu. Could my gpu be bad I currently dont have another pc to test it.

What exact 560 model do you have? Does it require a 6 pin? If so, make sure its plugged in.

did you connect the monitor to the GPU? does the 560 need aux power connected is it connected?

Everything is connected good but it is an xfx 2gb edition card and and by aux do you mean 6 pin connector if so its plugged in good to.

yeah the aux is the 6 pin.
do you have access to another PC for testing? the next step is to verify your diagnosis of the bad GPU by testing in another system.

Have you check your graphic adapter settings on BIOS? Just make sure that you don't have set that onboard graphics to work all the time as default even when there's a external graphic card plunged in to the system.

When my gpu is in its fan spins like normal but I get no display signal when its plugged in to my monitor. Is my gpu messed up or what could it be. Thanks
