PC won't enter BIOS

My pc works fine without any problems,but when i'm at the motherboard splash screen and i press delete,nothing happens,pc just proceeds to boot into windows
Here are my pc specs:
Motherboard:Asus P5L-MX Socket 775 1066 mhz FSB
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13ghz
RAM:Kingston 2GB DDR2 667mhz
GPU:XFX Radeon HD5450 1gb DDR2
PSU:A chinese psu which is supposed to have 500w

You can try clearing the CMOS and then you should be able to access the BIOS.

It turns out that "Delete" key isn't working on my keyboard.Thanks anyway
