PC Won't fully boot up

So I built my pc about a month ago, and there were no issues up until now. When I turn it on, the fans run perfectly fine, the lights are on correctly, and my headset and external hard drive are lit up like usual. But my keyboard and mouse aren't lit up, no recognition from my monitor at all, and the motherboard (which usually beeps like it's supposed to) is silent. I've tried just about everything possible (reset BIOS, re-plugged in all cords, etc.)
Specs:
CPU- AMD Athlon X4 860K
GPU- GeForce GTX 1050 ti sc 4gb
Mobo- Gigabyte ga-f2a68hm-h
PSU- Apevia ATX cb500w
RAM- Hyperx Kinston fury 8gb (1 stick)
HDD- WD 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch (WD10EZEX)

Have you tried placing your RAM in a different slot? Also, have you tried booting with your graphics card uninstalled and running your monitor off of your motherboard IO?
