Question Pc wont fully start

Hey guys,
Built a new pc that has been working great for almost 3 months but now it wont fully start. It makes a noise like it is about to start then cuts out for the most part. The cpu fan lights up for a second then cuts out but the rgb ram, orange motherboard lights on the back, and power button light on the case stay lit. The psu fan also looks like it is about to start but doesn’t. I attached a video on what it does. The build is:
Asus550
Ryzen 3700x
Msi 2070 super
trident 32gb ddr4
500gb ssd evo
Evga psu 850w
Any help would be great!

Have you done any overclocking?
