PC won't get past the boot screen

Good afternoon guys, how are you?

Well, not everything is ok with me... Since Friday I have this problem on my PC where it won't get past the boot screen (the screen where you have the ASUS logo and commands to enter the BIOS), the photos and videos can be found at this link https://photos.app.goo.gl/UGL89WjRgY4z72kd9

I already tried everything, reseated everything, removed the battery from the motherboard, switched the jumper to clean the CMOS and nothing, I honestly do not know what to do, so I ask the help of you as a last resource before trying to change the motherboard or whatever. I hope someone has already gone through it and solved it, because it would be the salvation of my weekend.

Does your BIOS recognize that you have a hard drive with a boot partition?

Or, even more basic than that: can you get into the BIOS screens.

I can't even get to the BIOS Screen, actually sometimes I can but its pretty random and pretty rare
