About two weeks ago I built a new gaming PC. It's been working completely fine since then, but a few days ago I purchased a new case and it hasn't been able to get past the BIOS splash screen with my 660 in. I've tried using an older graphics card (PowerColor HD 6570 2GB), which works completely fine, as does the the onboard display. Help please!
My specs:
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro rev 2 Heatpipe CPU Cooler
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz Socket AM3+ 14MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor
Seagate 1TB Barracuda 3.5" SATA-III Hard Drive - 7200RPM 64MB Cache
EVGA GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card
Windows 8.1 DVD OEM- 64- Bit
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz XMS3
Xenta 600W 12cm Fan PSU - 1x 6pin PCI-E 2x SATA

Solution
Check that there are no shorts when you remounted the motherboard in your new case.
Verify that the power leads are all securely in. Particularly the 6 pin connector to your graphics card.
Verify that the front panel leads are in the proper motherboard headers.

If nothing turns up, take everything out of the case and see if it works then. If your motherboard does not have a pwr switch, you can turn it on by momentarily touching the twp pwr switch pins with a screwdriver.

Xenta is a brand unknown to me. But a 600w psu with only 1 6 pin connector can't be any good. Possibly your psu is not putting out sufficient power for your discrete graphics card. Test with a different psu if you can.

I got my friend to try it out the card on his PC and it works, so thanks for the help. I've ordered a new PSU :)
