Current specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
GPU: 1650 Super (I think)
Power Supply: CiT ATV Pro 500W Power Supply
RAM: Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB
I have been upgrading an old prebuilt pc and cant seem to get to BIOS/to Boot despite the fans running
the case fans, cpu cooler fans and gpu fans turn on, and so do the lights. I have tried several different HMDI cables and they all give the same "no video input". I have tried to reseat the GPU aswell as the RAM. Ive attempted to use the motherboards hdmi but still had the same result. The Motherboard, CPU and RAM are all completely new so I dont think that it is a dust issue.
My only idea as to what it could be is that there isnt enough power going to the CPU, since I am using an old power supply. there is also only one cable connected to cpupwr1 and none to cpupwr2. Is there a chance I need both just to get to BIOS? Will I NEED a new power supply?
