When I power up my pc, it boots to the boot menu and UEFI selector screen. It doesn't pull up any problems on the dr debug startup, it sitting at initialization. However, no keyboard will interface with the boot menu. I have tried my mechanical keyboard, a base USB keyboard, and also a new ps2 keyboard. They all have caps lock and num lock lights turn on and off.

Specs:
Amd Ryzen 9 5900x processor
Asrocks b550 pg velocita mobo
Corsair Vengeance pro 4x8 DDR3600 cl18 RAM
Samsung 870 QVO 2TB memory
Gigabyte RTX 3070 TI graphics card
Be quiet pure base 500dx atx chassis
Cooler master v gold v2 750 w PS

[Do verify that I found the correct User Manual.]

Start by referring to the User Manual to doublecheck that all connections are correct and fully and firmly in place.

Then try clearing CMOS per physically numbered Page 27.

Read carefully before clearing CMOS.

Also, has the CMOS battery ever been replaced? If not, consider doing so as a matter of elimination.

What kind of mouse do you have; does that show any activity with the bios?
