PC wont load bios.

I put together my PC today. Everything turns on and the fans spin. Than the monitor starts up and says

PNY GTX 960

19XX-2015

Than just a black screen. What am i doing wrong?

Full detailed specs/model numbers please.
Are you 10000% sure you plugged in both the motherboard power cable and the CPU power cable?
Because it sounds like you somehow are booting into your GPU's BIOS and not the motherboard's BIOS.

GPU: GTX 960

RAM: PNY 16x4

HDD: 1TB 7200

PSU:600W

MOBO: 970 Gaming MSI

Are you 10000% sure you plugged in both the motherboard power cable and the CPU power cable?
Because it sounds like you somehow are booting into your GPU's BIOS and not the motherboard's BIOS.

Everything is also plugged in. CPU and GPU are both plugged in

try with only 1 stick of ram in it, and if that doesnt work, try each stick individually.

Already did that. Nothing sadly.

Is it 16 GBs of ram on each stick, or 16gbs divided among 4 sticks?

If you rapidly press Del and F2 when as soon as it boots up does that bring up the BIOS?

Its 4 sticks of 4gbs. When i plug in my mouse and keyboard the keyboard doesnt glow up. Just the mouse.

Uhh, specifically what make and model of PSU?
It could be you have a cheap POS that doesn't work.

Thermaltake TR2 600W. I have 2 PSUs and neither work. The older 1 works fine on my old build

Does your old build have another GPU you can try? and can you try your new GPU in your old build?
Maybe try a differnt cable/input?
It sounds like your monitor is smart enough to identify what is outputing video, but it's not getting the signal.
Can you unhook the HDD/SSDs you have as well?
And try to use the hotkeys to get into the BIOS even if you can't see anything.

Yes i tried the hotkeys the keyboard started to work. When i unhook the HDD it doesnt give any signal to the monitor (wierd). I have tried 2 cables. And the gpu does work in the old build

It's likely either the motherboard or the CPU that's the problem at this point.

They are both brand new. We made it to this part where it says ''F11 For Boot Menu'' and '' DEL for Setup Menu'' But for some reason it doesnt do anything when we press them but the keyboard is turned on and it also says a keyboard is connected

Well that's good, have you tried different USB ports? Is it a PS/2 Keyboard? Try another keyboard? which DEL key are your pressing? the one above the arrow keys or the one on the NUM pad?

It definitely sounds like a motherboard issue, if it's new, return it as defective.
