Yes, so I've tried to boost up the RAM speed to 3200mhz. The sticks are on the boards QVL, so I changed the RAM speed manually to DDR4-3200 in BIOS.
After making this change I rebooted the PC, and it boots up fine. However, I get no input on my monitor (the monitor receives a signal, but stays black) and the debug LED on the board says there is a boot fail.

Here's a video of how the system boots up now, the LED that you'll see light up in the end, stays on (the Boot LED).
Here you have some pictures of the setup on my board.

I have tried to reset/clear the cmos by removing the battery from the motherboard, as well as shorting those little pins. Both didn't work for me.
Also I've tried switching the RAM sticks to different slots as well as trying to boot up with 1 stick plugged in.

Really hoping someone here might have a solution for me!

Thanks in advance.

The motherboard manual actually cites that the PSU has to be connected to an outlet

I tried it both ways, neither worked for me.
