Press f1 to run setup and i cant bypass this loop
What can i do?

I have an i5 10400f
Asus b460 m
8gb 2666mhz ddr4

Solution
did this occur after loading up and installing the OS?
if so, reinstall the OS with the latest install package available.

if you haven't even installed an OS yet;
if F1 gets you into the BIOS,
make sure you are running the latest BIOS available on the motherboard manufacturer product support downloads page.
if using an earlier version, flash to the latest version.

I installed my os after entering the bios then exit via discard and exit which boots fine to windwos , but everytime i reboot it or start it it pops up the same error. I tried swapping ram , cmos but does not work

i tried updating the bios...i can boot to windows only if i enter the bios and exiting it via discard and exit
the BIOS properly flashed to the latest version available?

and choosing to Load Optimized Defaults, saving/exiting still leads to this same issue?

i have encountered a similar issue once that i remember where Fast Boot was corrupted and a system wouldn't POST & load properly with it enabled. try disabling.
