[SOLVED] PC wont POST after I connected and disconnected an old hard disk to it ?

I had an old hard disk that has windows 7 installed on it. I connected it to a PC to copy some files across and after disconnecting the hard disk the PC wont POST. It wont even go into the BIOS, all I get is a blank screen. I could understand it if the problem is that it is trying to boot from my old hard disk but it wont even POST and im worried. I have tried resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery. The motherboard is ASUS H110M-CS. I dont know what is wrong please help.

Edit : I solved the issue it had nothing to do with the hard disk it was bad ram that decided to fail at the exact time i disconnected the hard disk. I am very new here and i dont know how to delete this thread pls help.

No need to delete. This is a decent reminder that it can always be something else being the reason of a fault, despite a certain perceived issue pointing to something else.
