[SOLVED] PC won't post after RAM Upgrade

After installing new ram (HyperX Kingston 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 2) 1Rx8 Fury Black (HX426C16FB3K2/16) into my prebuilt Cyberpower PC it stopped posting. Even after taking out the new ram and trying the different slots.
Would a CMOS reset work?
Specs:
i7 9700k
RTX 2060 Super
500gb SSD
1Tb HDD
ASRock Phantom Gaming 4-CB
16 GB PC4-21300 (2666 MHz DDR4)
800w PSU

The clear CMOS is anyway the first thing to try

Was the new kit the only RAM in your PC, or did you try to mix it with other sticks ?

I tried both mixed non mix with the old and new. The thing with the Cmos is its under my gpu and I cant get it out I pulled the pin back and it still wont come out

and if you don't have a jumper cap, you can do it by just using the flat head of a screwdriver and touching the 2 pins

Are the the jumper pins apart of what holding in the battery or is it somewhere else. I did manage to get the gpu out I took out the battery for like 2 minutes and it still didn't work.

it is the place numbered 28 on the drawing of the motherboard. It's on the edge of the motherboard and is labelled CLRCMOS1

Did you disconnect the power cord when you took the battery out ?

Solved. Well I feel kinda dumb it turns out that I didn't push down hard enough on the ram on the non-lock side of the stick, Did that and it posted just fine. Only problem is that the slot closest to the CPU won't work because the hose the from cooler is in the way, it won't post if I put a stick in that slot. But I can live with 24GB of Ram, wish I knew that before I spent $100 o'well. Thanks anyway for your help.
