Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H (rev. 1.0)
RAM: 8GB 2666mhz
CPU: Rhyzen 5 3400G

Aight, turned on the pc first time of the day it got stuck on the bios loading screen thought it was minor turned it off. Turned it back on everything loaded after that saw no signal and pc won't power off, turned it off with PSU switch now it wont post no signal. Took out a GPU that wasn't being used and switched ram slots, it worked. Everything loaded then the pc froze while loading the start ups turned it off with the power button, now it wont post no signal again.

All 3 still have warranty.

Solution
could you check this with the hdmi cable plug in ifthe side of it does not touch the back panel that could create a short and prevent system from boot also would try the bread boarding process for test .

2 things I'd try. Turn off fastboot in bios. You have an SSD I'm assuming and fastboot really only helps hdd load times. But can glitch and cause errors in loading.

Cables are cables, not impervious to damage or wear and tear, just like the usb cables for phones often fall apart after so many uses. If there's an internal short in the hdmi cable it'll feed right back to the motherboard, and possibly the psu, which can trigger short circuit or overvoltage or overpower protective circuits and refuse to boot.

The outside jacket of the hdmi is ground, as is anything with the case, so if that touches, no worries. It's only bad if the connection solder underneath the entrance gets pushed to ground.

Assuming that it's a pc issue, it's possible it's a monitor issue and unplugging the hdmi and using a different connector, stopped any backfeed. I'd check with a different hdmi cable.
