PC Won't POST For The Life Of Me

Describe your problem.

No sounds, pulsating orange/yellow LED on MOBO, the extra fans and case fans spin normally but the GPU fans stop shortly after powering. Then the PC won't post, and just spins it's fans.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

Clearing the CMOS, moving RAM to other slot, disconnecting SSD and HDD.

We are using a DisplayPort to connect the monitor and the GPU

Have you tried connecting the monitor to the onboard graphics on the motherboard?
