Pc won't post nor display anything on screen

I just changed my mobo to have Amd chipset and more ram capasity and after several threads and googling (and looking through a error checklist you guys had on some thread) my pc won't show anything on screen. The fans turn on and such. Can you guys tell if it is due to the mobo ( acer socket am2 RS690M03) possibly being uncombatible with my Phenom ii x4 945 or if it's something different.

Specs:
Amd Phenom ii X4 945
Amd Radeon Rx470
5 gb Ram
Kingston Ssd 120gb and some other hard disk drives
For the mobo Acer/Foxconn Socket AM2 RS690M03

Edit: I had somekind of Asus narra am2+ oem mobo before switching

While I can't find your specifc model number listed (too short, and I think that's the end of the model number only), between similar boards, and listings like this: http://www.ascendtech.us/foxconn-rs690m03-8ekrfs2h-motherboard_i_mbfoxrs690m038e.aspx

Would indicate the board supports Athlons and Semprons only. No Phenoms.
