[SOLVED] PC Won't POST now after installing new windows. (1 Long Beep, 3 Short Beeps)

So I'm at a dead end and never had this happen in the time I've built pc's.

What I don't understand is everything was fine but I had issues in the beginning with the hard drives being in a RAID array. After resolving that issue I was able to boot from the USB and activate & install windows. Immediately afterwards once it finished and rebooted it started the "1 long beep, 3 short beeps" on my board that states "no VGA detected" I've tried 2 cards and plan on trying my 3080ti when it arrives but everything works fine otherwise.. PC keeps looping restart after the beep codes starts with "1 beep" then states the no VGA code and restarts.

1 card didn't have an additional power connection source and didn't work
1 card had a 6 pin connection

When there's no GPU in PCIe slot computer doesn't loop restart just "1 beep" then "1 long beep, 3 short beeps" and stays on
When GPU is in PCIe slot computer boots and loops restart.

I've ruled out the motherboard besides the fact I'm not getting a signal from the PCIe slots (not quite sure how it would work in the beginning and not work after windows install)

anything to help is greatly appreciated ill update after I try the 3080ti as well otherwise I'll RMA the mobo

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Which slots are you populating the ram sticks on the motherboard? You're advised to have the two sticks on slots, A2 and B2. As for your motherboard, look through your motherboard's manual, page 3-4(section 3.4) to see if reflashing the BIOS using Asus CrashFree BIOS 3 helps you out. I'd also try and remove all storage drives except the bare minimum(you'll need a discrete GPU since your processor lacks an iGPU) and see if the issue persists.
