On the 9th of august 2018 I upgraded my cooler from h75 to h100i, after I put everything back together the RAM LED stayed solid red causing the system to start the fans, HDD etc to run but the system wouldn't post and would just continuously restart after 30 seconds, the entire time the screen is black so I cannot even access the BIOS. I have checked for bent pins on the CPU socket, re-seated the RAM, unplugged all cables and plugged them in again, cleared the CMOS battery, re-seated the graphics card, re-applied thermal paste to the CPU.
i5 4690k, asus gryphon z87 micro atx, gtx 770, 2x4 GB G.skill ddr3 1600, corsair 750 watt PSU

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Yes I have. I think I may have found the problem, I may have damaged the copper trace where the cpu cooler screws were, could be pretty tricky to repair
