MSI GTX 1080 Armor OC
OLOy DDR4 3000 c16 (2x8gb)
Enermax Marblebron 550w 80+ Bronze

After a BSOD, my computer decided not to post. And so I went through a journey of reseating everything that I could until there was none. However, one thing stayed consistent throughout. The EZ debug LED for the CPU and DRAM stayed on (both at the same time, white). What do I do?

Whenever I try to turn on the computer, all of the fans (cpu, case, GPU, PSU) spin perfectly fine. I checked for bent pins and there were none. I reset the CMOS and still no post. I do not have any spare parts to test with nor a multimeter. If possible I would like to receive help and not have to buy new parts. But if I must, then I will.

Solution
You have checked for bent pins in the MB socket so test your RAM.

Determine what caused the BSOD?
Post will not advance till the issue is fixed.

OLOy at 3000MHz are not a tested kit so you may have a mismatch although they should work.
Clear your CMOS and bring Bios back to default.
Update your Bios if not already done so.
