Question PC won't post when overclocking RAM... again.

So I just got new RAM today and my PC posts fine when its on 3200mhz which is its stock speed but then when I try putting it at anything above 3200 it puts my pc into safe mode unless I change it back to 3200mhz, and yes this time im using DOCP. If anyone could help me, would be much appreciated!

These are my current specs:
Mobo - Asus B450-Plus
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - Nvidia Geoforce GTX 1660 6GB
RAM - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600mhz, 4x8GB, was 16GB HyperX Predator 3200MHz, 2x8GB.
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU - EVGA 550W bronze
