Question PC won't POST when power button is pressed, but POSTS fine when restart button is pressed?

So here's the deal, I have an Intel PC in an ASUS Motherboard. When I plug it in and tried to press the power button the fan will spin but no POST, no Display. But when I press the restart button it will boot smoothly in to Windows. What do you think guys is the problem?

Specs:
Intel i3 3240 Generation (Ivy Bridge)
Asus H61m-C
2x 4gb Hyper X 1600mhz
Windows 10

I dont think so, I just bought this case and checked the cables, its all good.
