Question pc wont post with 2 sticks of ram

i3 8100

the ram that i want to put: https://www.amazon.in/Transcend-DDR4-2666-Memory-Module/dp/B07YXHM2LK
the computer wont post when they both in, but work separately

Mixing RAM is not guaranteed to work, even buying the exact same make and model separately is not guaranteed to work. Only RAM bought as a matched kit is guaranteed to work together.
