Pasted straight from reddit:
Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.
PC won't post. All parts are used except case. GPU was tested in my pc. lights/fans come on but no output to monitor.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
Both sticks of ram in every slot, nothing. Using integrated graphics. checked all connections, reseated cpu. When I took the cpu off this morning I noticed a bent pin, which I'm not sure how I could have done so I assume it came that way. Regardless, bent it back to no avail.
Post relevant photos of build/parts here.

Known working parts are the GPU and hdd. Can't test cpu/mobo/ram in my system since its skylake. Thinking doa mobo.
Edit: No beep codes either.
Edit 2: Also, if I turn on the psu all the fans come on. I have to hold the power button or short the pins for it to turn off. Seems strange, like it's almost on as soon as the psu switch is flipped.

Haven't gotten any help there so I figured I'd post it here too. Basically PC won't post, no video at all. Currently breadboarded with 1 stick of ram, psu, mobo, cpu, and cooler.

Parts list:
i5 2500
2x4 corsair vengeance pro 1866 cl9
cryorig h7
intel dq67owb3
evga 600b
seagate barracuda 500gb
msi 960 2gb
Cheap matx case

Solution
If there's a case speaker connected, then try starting the board with no RAMs.
If no beeps, then board, or CPU, or both do not work.

Tried with no ram and got no beeps. Mobo is the issue if I had to guess.

Budget build for my girlfriend. Just bought the mobo so I should be able to return it.
