Question PC won't post

I replaced my CPU, cooler, and PSU today without any IRL experience other than watching LTT. It says no signal when I power on. I have reset CMOS, Reseated RAM, and checked power connections once.

EVGA 800W 80+ gold
RX 580
WD 256G SSD
Seagate barracuda 2TB HDD
Apevia Aura
B350m BAZOOKA motherboard
AMD wraith prism stock cooler
