Question PC wont post

PC randomly turned off one day then restarted but didn't post and the peripherals didn't light up either.
I tried a different set of RAM, RMA'd the motherboard and even got a new psu but nothing helped.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Please start with the specs to your build, like so:

When you state getting a new PSU, did you get the same unit or a new unit but different quality/make/model? It's a good idea to include everything you've used for your troubleshooting process. Please include the age of the older PSU used in your build.
