Things I've done:
1. Tested PSU with PSU tester -- all LED's are fine, -5V nonexistent (to be expected)
2. Cleaned/removed RAM and reinserted
3. Tried to "jump" the MoBo with a screwdriver (unsuccessful)
Prior to my <1 Y.O PC completely not starting, sometimes I would come home to a PC turned off (instead of asleep) that wouldn't start without a PSU power cycle.
I am connected to a surge protector, and my router and monitor are connected to the same surge protector and work fine.
I assume my MoBo (at minimum) is fried; is there a way to verify?
